Hackery

Here you'll find various projects I've done that aren't musical recordings or writing. There are some musical instrument creation/modifications, some carpentry, some electronics, a little computer stuff.

Shell Scripts

• paperhanger.pl, a Perl script that grabs the current Picture of the Day from the National Geographic web site.

• picturegrabber.pl, an expanded version of paperhanger.pl that snarfs, in addition to National Geographic's Picture of the Day, the Wikipedia Picture of the Day, and the daily image from Sam Javanrouh's blog, Daily Dose of Imagery.
